These are of my own creation. If I want a tool I don't have, I'll make one and I don't see why I cannot share the usage of them.
This tool builds the HTML code that includes a javascript event that opens a new window, now that target=_blank is against the rules for many of us.
These are tools provided by others that I think are useful and have used or still use from time to time.
